1. I have not received the activation e-mail.

First off, the activation e-mail shouldn't take longer than 24 hours to be delivered to your Inbox. In theory, it should be there instantaniously, but with general traffic on the internet it could take longer.

If you still haven't received the activation e-mail after waiting at least 24 hours, please send an e-mail to support@yggdrasilonline.net. Be sure to include the username of the account you are trying to create.

2. I activated my account, but now I can't log in.

Try to log in to this website via the Login page. If you are unable to log into this website, please send an e-mail to support@yggdrasilonline.net. Be sure to include the username of the account you are unable to log in to.

3. I am able to log into this website, but I am unable to log into the Discussion Forums.

Your username and password for the Discussion Forums is the same as your username and password for this website. You do not need to create a seperate account on the Discussion Forums.
